The G3 Jam

At the end of every G3 concert, there's a G3 Jam. It's when the guitarists' powers combine and cover famous songs. For example: during the G3 in 2003 in Denver, Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Vai and Joe 'Satch' Satriani played Voodoo Child, Little Wing and Rockin' In The Free World respectively. Although they each cover a song, the other two guitarists would contribute by helping the song become an entire jam with amazing shredding and soloing. Thus the name "G3 Jam".
